How ORZEQ Handles Your Data

Voice recording is always started by you. ORZEQ does not listen continuously — the microphone is used only when you intentionally record an interaction or use voice input. Your audio is then processed to create a transcript and the intelligence built on top of it.

ORZEQ keeps a clear line between what happened and what AI makes of it. Your transcripts and logged interactions are the factual evidence layer; AI summaries and relationship insights are derived interpretations built on top of them. Generating intelligence never overwrites your original interaction history.

ORZEQ may suggest a Next Action, but you choose whether it becomes real. Nothing is added on your behalf without your confirmation.

ORZEQ uses AI to organize and summarize the interactions you log. AI can sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete, so you should review important information before relying on it. ORZEQ is a tool to help you remember and prepare — not a replacement for your own judgment.

ORZEQ builds customer-level intelligence — like Where You Left Off, a Next Best Action, recurring themes, a Customer Brief, and Ask ORZEQ answers — from the interactions actually logged for that customer. Answers are scoped to the relevant customer and its source history. It’s designed to stay grounded, not to guess, and it won’t claim to be perfectly accurate.

ORZEQ helps you remember relationships and decide what work needs attention — it doesn’t make regulated or consequential decisions about people. It prioritizes from your recorded facts (due dates, commitments, inactivity), keeps recommendations clearly labeled and separate from facts, and never acts silently on your behalf. ORZEQ is not a substitute for clinical, prescribing, legal, credit or underwriting, insurance, housing, or employment judgment; those decisions remain yours.

ORZEQ is not built around selling customer data or advertising against your activity. There are no third-party advertising or tracking technologies in the product. Your customer relationships are yours.

ORZEQ relies on established service providers to operate authentication, hosting, storage, transcription, and AI functionality. They process data only to provide those services to us. The full list and details are in our Privacy Policy.
